Please note: Because Ireland is within the EU, packages may occasionally be subject to local customs checks or VAT handling fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing & Tracking
Dispatch Time: We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from our UK facility within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Order Tracking: As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will email you a personal tracking link so you can monitor its journey straight to your door.
Returns & Refunds
14-Day Return Policy: We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us. Under consumer regulations, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Hygiene & Safety: Because Mummys Magic is a delicate baby skincare product, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened bottles for hygiene reasons.
How to Return: To request a return, please email us at customercare@mummysmagic.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. (Note: International return shipping costs for Irish customers are covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty.)
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your baby’s comfort is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty in transit, please contact us immediately at customercare@mummysmagic.com with a quick photo of the issue so we can send out a swift replacement or process a full refund for you.
