2. Product Disclaimers & Skin Safety
While our Nappy Care Spray is crafted with clean botanicals, vegan-friendly, suitable from birth, and dermatologically tested for sensitive and eczema-prone skin, every baby is unique. We strongly advise parents to review the full ingredient list for known personal allergies and perform a small patch test before full application. Consult a paediatrician if medical conditions persist.

All content on this store - including text, graphics, logos, brand names, and custom-designed product icons - is the exclusive intellectual property of Mummys Magic and is protected by copyright laws.
4. Purchases, Pricing & Cancellations

Orders & Pricing: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders due to pricing errors or stock shortages. All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.

Cancellations & Returns: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Because our products are for baby skincare and hygiene, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. 5. Delivery & Third-Party Couriers
Delivery times are estimates provided by third-party couriers (such as Royal Mail or Evri). While we work hard to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours, we are not liable for carrier delays outside of our control. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon physical delivery.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
